DWAI, Points?
I live in New York and i got a DWAI last year. There was no accident or anything involved. Im wondering if i have any points on my license, or if there are any points associated with a DWAI.

You have a criminal conviction on your record. It depends upon your plea and to what charge whether it is a violation or a misdemeanor.Your license was also probably suspended for a period of time. Please contact my office for a free phone consultation.

Not by DMV unless you were also ticketed for a moving violation in addition to the DWAI. However, insurance companies maintain their own point system.
