These are the charges. Iam epileptic and was taking 3 Rxs at the time. I pulled a cop over to alert of accident-next thing I know hee's demanding a FST. Itell him I'm epileptic an can't perform but he forces me to.(Ihad a med id braclet on).ThenI'm arrested.0.00BAC.Officer deposed stated smelled of alcohol and said I stated I drank 1/2 prior to driving...corrupt.Problem is I'm broke can't afford to pay attorney I have and specialists to go trial if I plead guilty to this am I going to jail?What are the penalties? nassau County

If your BAC was 0.000 I would not advise you to plea guilty... if, however this is your decision, then if this is your first offense you very well may not be facing any tine at all...
