For a first time DWI with no accident and not a very high reading you should be able to get straight probation. You, of course can also take the case to trial if you want.
Good Luck
You may not get jail time, but it would be highly recommended to have an experienced lawyer with you defending you and preserving your rights in court. It would also greatly increase the chance of lowering the charges or possible dismissal. We have substantial experience handling these types of cases and reasonable fees, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination. There should be no jail time as an offer if there was no accident or injury, I would suggest hiring an attorney immediately to assist you with this case.
