It depends on several things including what County the case is in, whether or not you took the breath test, what the result was if you took it and whether there was an accident. This would all depend on your attorney, and several other factors... including what was your blood alcohol content at the time of the arrest, what was the reason for the stop, the videos of you at the station... and many other factors...
