second dwi
i just received my second dwi ticket in the last five years. It is a felony becuase i didnt get the first one reduced because i didnt have a lawyer. My question is is there a mandatory jail sentence and if so are there provisions that will allow me to do something else due to the fact that my job requires working 40 hours plus weekend overtime?
