Fed up want to move out of USA

Due to many unjust reasons related to a DUI conviction, My husband wants to move to Europe. Is it possible if he must meet with a Parole officer every week at the county court? Or can one be assigned to him after his move in Europe?

I know of no way to move on a, permanent basis, if you are on Parole. In fact, He has to get permission just to leave the country on a visit much less a move. If a move is imminent, depending on how long he has been on parole, the parole board may allow the move. It is unlikely however.
