I left a bar at 1:15am. The girl drove 2 blocks to a dead end street. At 1:45am an officer showed up on the scene & arrested me for Dwi while I was outside the car. Is the surveillance video from the bar admissible to help their case against me after being away from the bar for a half hour & two blocks away?

it would be admissible but the weight accorded it would be in issue.
