I am looking to obtain a position in NY that requires a "clean" drivers license. I was convicted of a misd. dui in Florida in 2008 with a Florida license. I paid my fines and attended the classes and my license was restored there. I have since moved to NY and obtained a NY license. Is my license clean in NY? Thank you in advance for your answer!
