order to produce
if a person is being held in jail and has an active warrant in other county can he get an order to produce so he can get both charges to run together so when serving his time they can be combined

Generally, the rule is you must plead seperately... your attorney must get the courts to agree to concurrent sentencing... so that whatever time is served counts for both cases.
