Paxil

I take paxil and i got a dwi the other night,

would taking that medication have

anything to do with the results of my BAC?

Paxil alone would not cause a high BAC reading, but could possibly cause an otherwise moderate BAC level to indicate higher. You really need an attorney to protect your rights with any DWI charge. For a referral in your area, you can contact me via email. Good luck.
