Police entering home and arresting for DWI

Can police enter home without permission and arrest for DWI?

Police did not see vehicle being driven call into 911 from other individual. Thirty minute time frame from 911 call and time police arrived at home

They can only enter a home where there are exigent circumstances, they are invited or they have an arrest warrant. Speak to a lawyer to enforce your rights.
