probation violation
I was convicted of felony dwi and sentenced to five years probation. I was given a certificate of relief from all disabilities by the judge. My terms of probation do not specifically say I cannot consume alchohol. Only that I get treatment which I have completed. Will I violate probation if I drink?

Without knowing the terms of your probation, it is hard to tell. Can the probation department enter your home? Is it not to look for alcohol if they do. Ask your attorney who represented you.
