Legal Question in DUI Law in New York

I was pulled over and arrested.

I was recently pulled over at a roadblock and arrested for DWI and BAC of .089 or higher. I am concerned with the fact that the establishment that I was being served at did not refuse me any drinks. They knew that I was intoxicated and at no point in time offered to find me a ride or call a taxi. I am in the process of speaking to a lawyer about a possible lawsuit against the bar. I just wanted to know if there is any validity in my case as far as the bar being held liable for my arrest.

It seems that you want to hold the bar responsible for your own irresponsible behavior. There seems very little liability except for yours.
