I pulled out of a softball game and bumped a cars fender, no damage! the police were called and met up with me in another county.They stopped me while i was outside of the car, they kept me there to the county which this happened showed up,Where they towed my car,gave me a breathalizer an arrested me for D.W.I and leaving the scene of a accident Can I get out of the D.W.I. If i was not caught in the county were i was charged?
