Legal Question in DUI Law in New York

I received a misdeamnor dwi in 2014. The other night driving home from a supper with friends, i pulled over to answer my cell. An officer pulled up behind me and proceeded to ask me to test for sobriety. I was honest and said i had wine with supper. He said due to my smallness i was probably over limit. I was charged with duai. What am i facing?
