Re: Received Warrant of Arrest

You should surrender to the court if the warrant is still active. If you have had the warrant vacated and your next court date is within 7 days ,you should if you can consult with a competent criminal defense attorney.I will be happy to speak to you if you contact my office via email @r.evans @lawyer.com

Re: Received Warrant of Arrest

My condolences for your loss. Bring evidence of the death (even a newspaper obituary is sufficient, although a death certificate is better)and you should be ok.

If not, have an attorney available by telephone to help you. But the warrant will be dismissed and the matter picked up where it would have been with no negative consequences.

Good luck.
