I recieved a drinking ticket may 8 and appeared and pleaded guilty at my court date up where i attend school. On june 1st i was in a cab with a couple friends, and one friend threw her beer can under the cab when we got out. a cop saw her and proceeded to come over to the cab. there were other beer cans on the side of the road and the cop asked for all our ids and proceeded to give us all drinking tickets for possession in public under 21. I was the last one out of the cab, and had no beer can on me. However I was drinking at the party before, but I said nothing to the cops. How should I approach the situation? Im concerned this will effect my future employment cause both offenses happened so close in time.

I think the DWI was more serious than the ticket for drinking and I wonder why you plead guilty so fast unless it was to a reduced charge.
