Legal Question in DUI Law in New York

sentanced ..and pending case
can anyone help me please?i WAS sentenced with a dui in pa.48hrs and 6 months prob. ok. welll i have a pending dui charge in newyork and after loosing my job i couldnt get back to newyork so i called lawyer several times before the date and no reply,and with a family to take care of i couldnt get to court date.the first was personal car and i was in pa .13 bac the second pending was refusal to bac.and in comercial vehichle. now thistime of year money is even tighter holdays and four kids and wife.now just out and praloe from first they whant to know about second case in ny.what do i do?i just have holidays with my kids?

The public defender in NY should be able to obtain a delay in your trial until after the holidays.
