out of state dui
i was charged w/ a dui in nand 1 year lisence revokation , but i reside in ny, i am also a minor . is ny going to suspend my lisence?

usually they do, however this is not a guarantee... it very well may be that they simply do not. Each State has jurisdicton only over its own State, and under reciprocity sometimes other State DMV's will also pick up and note the suspension.
