Legal Question in DUI Law in New York

TROY NY DWI ticket.

I got pulled over for improperly changing lanes. Cop saw empties in car. I admitted I had 10-12 beers. Blew a .12 at the scene, then a .15. Arrested. At the station blew a .17. Failed two field sobriety tests. I was cooperative and cops treated me right.

Is this case hopeless?

Will I go to jail/lose my license?

I know the tougher NY laws make it almost impossible to plea this down. And I can't plea it down to something that is not a alcohol related offense, right? Should I bother to get a lawyer then?

What will a lawyer cost me for this type of case?

Thank you.
