Legal Question in DUI Law in New York

What do I do if i have a warrent under my name for not paying a summons(Open container Summens) in New York NY. How can I go about taking care of this problem? Just for the record i was not driving, i had the car parked and they saw my friend with a container so they took all our information and gave us the summons

If the case was already adjudicated,you can go too the court and pay the fine. An unpaid fine does not constitute a warrant. If you failed to answer the ticket, then a warrant was issued and you would need to go to court,vacate the warrant and have the case adjudicated. You may contact my office@ 7188340087 for more info.
