Legal Question in Education Law in New York

I appealed a grade and won. The school is refusing to post the change to the grade because I graduated a week after the grades were due and they say that the grades are "frozen" now. There is nothing in the academic handbook that states this practice. The grade is permanently on my transcripts to be forwarded to other schools or employers. Is there anything that can be done legally to combat this?

Is it a public school or a private school?

You will have to go back to the appeal board to resolve the matter.

It appears to me, this is a matter of sour grapes on the school's part.

There are always mechanisms to change erroneous grades.
