Legal Question in Education Law in New York

dicstict placement

If any one can please give me some guidence.

I have been dealing with the Beacon City school dist. and there inability to keep my son safe at school. He has been targeted by other students and has had numerious incidents of being verbaly and physicaly assaulted. They have placed him out of dist. in a program that is not right for him educationaly. I need some advice. This has been going on to long.
