Legal Question in Education Law in New York
Can I file an Article 78 petition against a college denying my disability-related request to withdraw from a class resulting in an "F" grade? Then denying my application for an extension of time so that I can repeat the class (allowed for in bulletin), reason given is that I have exhausted the amount of time permitted for a graduate degree? Do I have any cause of action?

You may-see a dis atty. A grad degree is worth the cost. the atty may be able to rectify it inexpensively (I do this with my disability cases) with a letter from atty. Sometimes I get results without having to file, sometimes the atty files THEN the Defendants back down.
