Legal Question in Education Law in New York
I am a graduate of an NYC Public High School. The Principal of my former High School has banned me from entering the building based solely on personal bias. Can he do this?

Entry to non-students is a legitimate safety measure. How do you know this is "personal bias." Did you have previous problems? Any building administrator must examine risk factors for current students.
