Legal Question in Education Law in New York
Invasion of a student;'s privacy.
Is it legal for a teacher to take a photograph of an unknowing student in order to show that the student is actting up? If not, what right is being violated under what law?

Probably, but I, as a parent, would be more concerned about what MY CHILD WAS DOING to get the teacher to go to such extremes.
