Legal Question in Education Law in New York
I lead a Country Line Dancing group. There is no charge for the participants; it is for recreational purposes only. I was told by a "Professional" Instructor that I would need to be licensed and pay royalties to use music for this purpose. All music was purchased through ITunes. Please advise.
