Re: principal harassment
Contact Advocates for Children. They may be able to help you. Keeping your child out of school is considered a suspension and under NY Law may only occur twice in a school year and for a maximum of five days each time. You are also entitled to a hearing if your child is being suspended. It sounds as if what the Principal is doing may be illegal.
