Re: public school partisan?
Ask this first;
Are they educating, or attempting to convert?
Religion when discussed in the context of philosophy, cultural influence, and social demographics is not illegal. Neither is a a down and dirty argument between two persons discussing the present day influences of ones religion.
Now, if the public school employee attempts to convert a student, you may have an issue that would require further inquiry.
In general a public school employee is an agent of the state and the state may not support or hinder the religious beliefs of its governed.
