Legal Question in Education Law in New York

Is it possible to sue a school for there neglect of the safety of your child? Situation My daughter attends high school and for the last to years one girl has been picking and even assaulted her. all caught on video cameras by the school. Now I've been to the school and addressed this with the principal and even called the police and reported it. Now the girl continues to harassed my daughter and no help from the school. Whats my next step? I live in Buffalo, NY, my number is 716-553-6988.

Call the girl's parents and explain the situation and ask to speak with them personally in a local diner to figure out a solution to the problem. If that fails to get a response, then get a lawyer and sue them. You need to spend the money to find a lawyer to, at a minimum, make their lives miserable and make them spend money until they correct their daughter's conduct. You absolutely need to do this because your daughter's psychological life is in serious jeopardy of irreparable harm. TAKE ACTION!! Sell your car if you have to; come up with the money.
