asset tranfer
if i have lived with my parent in their home as a caregiver for 3yrs can we transfer the home to me with out a penalty from medicaid if i need to place him in a nursing homeand can this be done ahead of time?

Yes it would be construed as an exempt transfer for medicaid purposes.
