Co-Guardian Question
I was appointed co-guardian in late March 2008. They said it will take a couple of months to get the paperwork. Do I need to keep track of every receipt now, or am I officially co-guardian before I receive the paperwork? QAlso the lady I hire to care for my mother on a part time basis gets paid in cash, will that be allowed or will she have to be paid in check from now on and will she have to pay taxes from that?
Thanks for any replies

Re: Co-Guardian Question
You should have been told you need to take the Article 81 training course, where a lot of your questions will be answered. Yes, you need to keep every receipt and should not be paying cash for any services.
Good luck.
