eight days before our father death my sister had dad sign a deed putting his property in a trust she is trustee over even though I have power of attorney is this legal

Was your father of sound mind when he signed the deed? Just because you have power of attorney doesn't mean your father gave up all of his rights as to control his own affairs. Regardless, as a probate attorney I would definitely have taken a very hard look at the transfer made 8 days before death. Maybe those were your father's carefully thought-out wishes. Maybe he was unduly influenced by your sister. Who knows?
