elder issues trustee spending all mom's money
If one relative was named as trustee for a persons funds and shortly after the elder was diagnosed with alzheimers (the trust was taken from one child to another underhandedly)and now the child with the access to the funds is living rather lavishly on the mother's funds and spending her money, how can we go about getting access to the mothers financial records to make sure that the daughter is not spending all the money that is there to take care of the mother during this stage of her life and how can the other children go about revoking the trust from the daughter to make sure mom is taken care of

Re: elder issues trustee spending all mom's money
I believe you should consider a guardianship action. The Court Evaluator will then be able to access Mom's records and determine what is going on.
