I know in order to be eligible for mecicaid, you are able to own your house. If you choose to sell your house is the money from it ''safe'', or can nusring homes, etc. take it?

There is a limit as to how much cash one can have once the home is sold. You may need to speak with an attorney to determine other means to safeguard property.
