Elderly Drivers
Can I be held legally liable in any way if my 85 year old father causes an accident while driving his car if I had prior knowledge that he has driven erratically in the past?

Re: Elderly Drivers
You would have a moral obligation to take action to protect the safety and lives of others but probably not the risk of civil liability under these facts. But the facts can change so please help your family be responsible, especially when they are unable to do so themselves.
