My elderly mother was conned into putting her name on a deed and co signing for a loan to buy a house by my brothers girlfriend. Now the girl is trying to accuse her of fraud and breach contract and a 30 day notice to vacate the house. There was no contract to begin with and now my mothers Health is being affected. Is there anything I can do?

Is your mother of sound mind? What does your brother say about all of this? I don't understand why your mother is now being sued for fraud and breach of contract? There are too many facts left out of this question. Maybe repost the question and be a little more descriptive of what happened.
