Does my father have legal recourse if he got bedsores and thrush while in the hospital and they told us they couldn't keep him any longer?
Now my father is in a nursing home to get better. Is it okay for personal to tell him to go to the bathroom in his diaper since they weren't able to get him to the bathroom. This irritates his bedsores.

Absolutely; bring a nursing home negligence action right away and get some money for dad to make his final years more comfortable. It's going to take some time to find a lawyer to handle this case. These cases are a pain in the neck for personal injury lawyers and not really the type guys like to handle. But ask around for a law firm who regularly litigates these types of cases; you'll find one. If not, I'll see if my guy will handle your case, but you'll have to come to Manhattan to interview, etc.
