Legal Question in Elder Law in New York

finding an elder law lawyer

how does one go about setting up a trust(revocable i think) how does one find an elder law lawyer to answer pertinent questions? what is the fee ? is this a fee one pays yearly?

Once the trust is set up and funded you should be able to administer it yourself. However, you can pay a trustee to do it for a monthly/yrly fee.

For Elder law atty, try the county bar assoc where you live for a list of referrals.
