My friend is an. Executor and personal gaurdian of a person who expired.His Son Is property Gauridan.how can the executor exersise her rights of the will. Your friend has to get the death certificate and file a Petition for Probate in the Surrogate's Court. Have your friend call me next week and we'll get this done asap.
