Legal Question in Elder Law in New York

Who can see guardianship report?

I was wondering who is allowed to see the guardianship report that I have to give to the court (one in 90 days, and then annually). Will my siblings be able to get a copy of that report from the Court? I am co-guardian with a court appointed person and I was wondering who else sees the report besides the co-guardian.

Thank you for your replies.

Re: Who can see guardianship report?

In the Order appointing the Guardians is a sentence which says who is to be served with the reports. Almost certainly your siblings are among the persons entitled to copies of all accountings and reports.

Good luck.
