liability for elderly parent's auto accidents
My elderly father (94) will not relinquich his driver's license or auto, but I fear for his and other's safety when he drives. Today someone told me that I can be held liable for his auto accidents--is that true? How is best to deal with this? He is not incompetent, so a court will not make me his conservator.
