paying credit cards on death of a person
if someone dies without a will what happens to their pension savings? Do their debts get paid first before the money is given to the beneficiaries, or vice versa?

Re: paying credit cards on death of a person
Pensions generally stop payments when the payee passes (or redirects to the payee's spouse, etc).
Assets are offset by any remainig debt and the remainder distributed among the heirs.
You may contact us for further information and to negotiate the debt settlement.
