Re: power of attorney

A Power of Attorney is a document which allows someone (known as the 'principal' to authorize another person (known as the 'attorney-in-fact') to act on behalf of the principal in certain matters, such as signing contracts or making bank deposits and withdrawals. Not all matters can be handled with a power of attorney, such as voting.
