Power of Attorney
An elder diisplays signs of dementia and is being taken over by a family member. How does one excercise power of attorney to preserve the elder rights & assets?

You need to be specific, a power of attorney is used for mainly financial duties of the principal and it can be determined for particular transactions, for a particular duration, and naming several agents for the principal (the elder) while she is alive.
