power of attorney
how can i (son) revoke a power of atorney given to girl friend of my father by my father in early stage of alzimers,i suspect she is taking advantage and will take everything he owns

You can't revoke a power of attorney that your dad gave to someone else. Only dad can revoke the PoA. Your only option is to file a guardianship petition and have the court revoke the power of attorney.
