How do I go about putting the house I own in my daughters name legally?

Real property is transferred by deed. That's probably what you want to do: a deed transferring the property from you to your daughter. But I say "probably" because there are many situations where a deed transferring ownership is not the best option, and there are several alternative solutions depending on your objectives. There may be unintended consequences to consider, such as gift taxes, or Medicaid planning issues. Be careful.
