I have just been reading over a dialogue between a questioner and an estate lawyer with 15 years experience on http://www.justanswer.com/estate-law/76gkt-long-deceased-person-s-name-stay-house-deed.html concerning the issue of whether a deceased person's name cab be left on the title to real property. I'm just a little confused now because I am just after reading a very different take on the same issue on http://everydaylife.globalpost.com/can-deceased-persons-name-left-title-real-property-27519.html. So which version is correct or would it vary from state to state?
