Temporary Power of Attorney
My elderly uncle is in an ICU and not lucid. His life partner is his medical proxy. Is it possible for the next of kin to get temporary POA if there is already a medical proxy in place?

Re: Temporary Power of Attorney
If uncle is not lucid he can't sign a power of attorney.
But generally people often have one person as their health care agent and a different person as their attorney-in-fact.
Good luck
