birth name

is there anything i can do to stop the use of my birth name being use by the media and others to discribe celebrity relationships my birth name is bennifer and i have found out that it is even being discribed as a term for a relationship that has broken down. this is not huge like most law problems but it is insulting to my fathers memory it is not a name made out of thin air this is our family name is there anything i can do

It's highly unlikely you can do anything as the use you refer to, I believe, refers to the sobriquet applied to Brad Pitt and Jennifer Anniston. Same would apply to Branjolina. Look at it this way, it's not as bad as Quisling or Judas.
